How ORsFlow works

3. Primary constraint

The one constraint holding the outcome back, with the reason and the evidence that could overturn it.

What this is

The one constraint holding the outcome back, with the reason and the evidence that could overturn it.

Why it matters

Effort spread across every problem moves nothing. Naming the one constraint that limits the outcome most is what makes the next move decisive.

How to use it

  1. Read the Primary constraint card on Today or in the mission.
  2. Open "Why ORsFlow decided this" to see the reason and the confidence.
  3. If new evidence contradicts it, report it — the constraint is re-checked after every result.

What you should expect

One primary constraint at a time, with a confidence level. When the evidence is thin, ORsFlow says so.

Common questions

Can the constraint change?

Yes. After each result the constraint is re-checked. It can stay, be resolved, or be replaced by a new one, and Today tells you which.
