How ORsFlow works

1. Outcome

The business outcome you want, with how it is measured: metric, target and timeframe, confirmed before work starts.

What this is

The business outcome you want, with how it is measured: metric, target and timeframe, confirmed before work starts.

Why it matters

Every later step is measured against the outcome. A vague goal produces vague work; a confirmed metric, target and timeframe make the result checkable.

How to use it

  1. On Today, type the outcome in your own words, for example "I want 4 new clients a month".
  2. Read the Goal Contract ORsFlow shows: the metric, the current value, the target, the direction and the timeframe.
  3. Confirm it, or correct it. No mission opens until the goal is confirmed.

What you should expect

If ORsFlow cannot read the goal with confidence, it asks one question instead of guessing. Some goal wordings are not yet understood; when that happens no mission opens and you are told so.

Common questions

Can I have more than one outcome?

Yes. Each outcome becomes its own mission with its own measurement. Today always shows the one you are working on.

What if my goal has no number?

ORsFlow asks for the measure it needs. A goal it cannot measure cannot be judged, so it does not pretend to.
