Getting started
Overview
The loop in one page.
What this is
ORsFlow runs one loop: Outcome → Current Reality → Primary Constraint → Economic Case → Next Best Move → Work Produced → Result → Momentum → Learning → Next Move. Behind it is a fuller operating loop of fifteen steps, described under How ORsFlow works.
Why it matters
One loop and one vocabulary everywhere — on Today, in the mission and in these docs — so you always know where you are.
How to use it
- Today shows the loop as a decision chain, from current outcome to next action.
- Mission shows the full loop, with a stepper to jump between stages.
- Results & Learning shows expected versus actual.
What you should expect
Today is designed to be read in about thirty seconds: outcome, constraint, next move, mission, work, latest result, Momentum, learning and next action, in that order.
Common questions
Why two loops?
They are the same loop. The ten-step public loop is a compression of the fifteen-step operating loop; nothing in it contradicts the full version.
