Allocate Resources
When time and budget must go where they matter most.
What this is
Use ORsFlow to decide where limited people, time and money should go. You name the options competing for them; ORsFlow ranks them on the evidence you have seen, how fast each would show a result, fit with the resources you named and how reversible it is, then commits the resources to one option for one window with a stop rule. It never invents an option you did not name.
Why it matters
Starting from the outcome you want, not from a feature list, keeps every step tied to something you can measure.
How to use it
- State the outcome and the people or budget you can commit, for example "2 engineers and 50,000 dollars next quarter to reach 110,000 MRR".
- Name the two to four options competing for them, and what you have seen that points to one.
- Use the option comparison, capacity plan and decision memo it produces, then report the result; ORsFlow says whether to continue, change or stop.
What you should expect
ORsFlow names the constraint behind the goal, chooses one move and produces the work for it. ORsFlow does not promise a specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, evidence, market conditions and the reality of the business.
Common questions
Does ORsFlow forecast revenue or return?
No. The economic case is qualitative and labelled as an estimate. There is no money forecast.
