Terms of Service

ORsFlow is a business confidence system that helps founders and operators organize projects, record decisions, track execution, and receive recommendations based on the information they provide. ORsFlow provides organizational and analytical tooling. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and its recommendations are informational only.

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your password confidential and notify us promptly at the support address below if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ORsFlow.

You retain ownership of the business information, projects, assessments, and other content you enter into ORsFlow (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display Your Content solely to operate and support the service for you. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to build products for other customers.

You agree not to:

• access another account, tenant, or user’s data, or attempt to circumvent authentication or authorization;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• upload unlawful content or content that infringes another party’s rights;
• resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.

ORsFlow offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable advance notice before changing the price of an active subscription.

We work to keep ORsFlow available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a material adverse change to a paid plan, we will notify account holders by email or in-product notice.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page; deletion permanently removes your account and the workspace data associated with it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORsFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
