Getting started

Reading your first result

What the screens tell you after you report what happened.

What this is

After you report a result, ORsFlow compares it with what was expected, updates Momentum, records the learning and derives the next move.

Why it matters

This is the moment ORsFlow learns about your business. Reading it well tells you whether to continue, change or stop.

How to use it

  1. Use "Report what happened" and describe the result in your own words.
  2. Check what ORsFlow understood.
  3. On Today, read Latest result, Momentum and Learning.
  4. Open Results & Learning for the full expected-versus-actual view.

What you should expect

Outcome achieved appears only when the confirmed target is met on reported evidence. ORsFlow does not promise a specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, evidence, market conditions and the reality of the business.

Common questions

My result was red. What now?

A red result is information. ORsFlow records why, and the next move is chosen with that learning in hand.
