How ORsFlow works

5. Economic case

Each candidate weighed on expected impact, cost, capacity, time to evidence, confidence and downside risk.

What this is

Each candidate weighed on expected impact, cost, capacity, time to evidence, confidence and downside risk.

Why it matters

A move is worth doing only if its expected effect justifies the time, cost and risk. The economic case makes that trade-off explicit before you spend effort.

How to use it

  1. Open the economic case on the mission.
  2. Read expected impact, cost, capacity needed, time to evidence, confidence and downside risk for each candidate.

What you should expect

Every level in the economic case is an estimate and is labelled as one. It is qualitative — there is no money forecast.

Common questions

Is the expected impact a promise?

ORsFlow does not promise a specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, evidence, market conditions and the reality of the business.
