How ORsFlow works
12. Momentum
Moves with measured results only, never with activity.
What this is
Moves with measured results only, never with activity.
Why it matters
Busy is not the same as moving. Momentum shows whether the business is actually moving toward the outcome.
How to use it
- Read the Momentum card on Today, or open Business Map for the trend.
- Open the explanation to see which measured results moved it.
What you should expect
Momentum moves with measured results only, never with activity. With little data it says so.
Common questions
Can I raise Momentum by doing more tasks?
No. Completing actions does not move Momentum. Only measured results do.
