Resolve Execution Bottlenecks

When the plan is clear but work does not get done.

What this is

Use ORsFlow when work does not get done on time or a strategic objective is not moving. For a service level ("62% of tickets resolved within 24 hours", "88% of orders shipped on time") it locates where work waits and produces a bottleneck diagnosis, a process improvement plan and a measurement structure. For a counted strategic objective ("open 3 new locations", "hire 8 engineers") it produces an execution plan and dated milestones in your own unit.

Why it matters

Starting from the outcome you want, not from a feature list, keeps every step tied to something you can measure.

How to use it

  1. State the measure and its target, or the objective and its deadline.
  2. Tell it where work waits — on a step, or on another team — if you know.
  3. Use the plan it produces, then report the measure; ORsFlow compares it with the milestone and says whether to continue, change or stop.

What you should expect

ORsFlow names the constraint behind the goal, chooses one move and produces the work for it. ORsFlow does not promise a specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, evidence, market conditions and the reality of the business.

Common questions

Does ORsFlow see my ticketing or project tools?

Not unless you connect them. It works from the figures you report and says so.
