ORsFlow Docs
How to use ORsFlow to move a business outcome forward, one measured move at a time.
What this is
ORsFlow is a business execution and decision system. You give it a business outcome; it structures where the business stands, names the primary constraint, chooses the next best move, produces the work that move needs, tracks the real result and decides what should happen next.
Why it matters
Most tools record activity. ORsFlow is built around measured results: what was expected, what actually happened and what to do because of it.
How to use it
- Start with Getting started → Quick start.
- Read How ORsFlow works to understand each step of the loop.
- Pick the guide that matches your goal under By goal.
What you should expect
ORsFlow does not promise a specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, evidence, market conditions and the reality of the business.
Common questions
Do I need to connect any tools?
No. Every core step works with what you tell ORsFlow. Connectors are optional and read-only.
Does ORsFlow act on my behalf?
No. It does not send, publish, spend, sign, call or email. It prepares the work; you carry it out.
